Black Fuego Press runs a working catalog. Seven pen names. Thirty-five titles across urban fiction, literary fiction, sci-fi, psychological thriller, non-fiction, and technical guides. Every one of those books had to be launched — planned, timed, priced, positioned.

We built tools because we needed them. Off-the-shelf advice for indie authors assumes you’re working in one genre, with one audience, on one book at a time. That’s not how a press operates.
